Breast Cancer Awareness article going viral!

Thousands of people are sharing articles this month, on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and especially through their own blogs. With breast cancer being so prominent in America, women and men alike are sharing the best articles that give you strategies for beating back this monster and winning the cancer war. One such popular method is the all natural approach to EVERYTHING you buy, including food, drinks, skin care, personal products, makeup, cosmetics, candy and gum and more. Thousands of shares went across the internet social sites this week, and Health Basics was a part of the spread of vital information that’s saving lives and preventing breast cancer. Revealing the TOP TEN causes of breast cancer is just what the masses needed to read, breaking down a bunch of myths and exposing what people do every day to warp their cells and breed the “c” word. It’s like a step by step plan to rid toxins from your daily intake and cut off the fuel of the enemy, which is carcinogenic, mutagenic, GMO, and toxic. Cut off the toxic fuel and you cut the head off the “snake.” Cancer is a snake. It quietly sneaks up on people, sometimes they’re “getting bit” and don’t even feel it. Some people have cancer swimming in their blood and it’s looking for weak tissue, or inflamed tissue, and it’s feeding off synthetic hormones, overloads of antibiotics, and genetically mutated food and sugars.

Natural News Health Basics series available on NaturalNews.com! Get the common sense approach to prevention and cures for the “cancers” of our time:

“Since chemotherapy was invented by Nazi scientists 70 years ago, and mammograms expose patients to radiation which causes cancer itself, let us forget everything we know for a few minutes about cancer prevention and cancer treatment, and take a common sense approach. Organic food, herbs and supplements cannot cure cancer overnight. This is a well known fact. Or is it? Has your doctor brainwashed you? Has television convinced you that people with cancer need surgery, chemotherapy and radiation to have a chance? Turn off the television right now and throw away the newspaper. You've been herded with the masses towards a big cliff called disease. You can turn around 180 degrees right now!”

From Mammogram (scammograms) to aluminum in deodorant, you need to know what is mutating YOUR cells. From toxic corn to carcinogenic diet foods, you could be DUMPING poison into your body and not know it. From toxic fluoridated tap water to lotions that contain cancer causing ingredients, what’s the last thing you put all over your body? Did you swim in a chlorine pool or sit in a chemical filled hot tub? Did you drink colorful drink made with toxic food colorings and aspartame??

Breast cancer , educate themselves for a rosy future .

Breast cancers are malignant tumors that develop in the mammary glands . These tumors are mainly located in the external upper half of the breast or nipple . They are more common in the left than the right breast and , in rare cases , they are present in both breasts . Some tumors evolve very slowly while others spread quickly to nearby tissues and create metastases, particularly among young women. Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among the deadliest in the Western woman . The regular practice of screening , such as breast self-examination and mammography , however, can detect the disease at an early stage and increase the chances of recovery .

Risk factors for breast cancer :
Some factors increase the risk of contracting breast cancer . The most important are aging and genetic predisposition . In fact , women with several relatives ( mother, sister, daughter, etc. . ) Suffered breast cancer , particularly before age 50 have a higher risk of developing the disease. This is also the case for women with early puberty , pregnancy or menopause late , and those who have never been pregnant . Long-term use , the contraceptive pill slightly favors the onset of breast cancer while some hormone replacement therapy for menopause increases the risk significantly. An unhealthy lifestyle (obesity, physical inactivity) may also increase the risk of cancer.

Types of breast cancer:
About 95 % of breast cancers develop in the ducts ( ductal carcinoma ) or lobules in the breast ( lobular carcinoma ) . Ductal carcinoma is the most common form of breast cancer (80% of cases). It is usually an invasive cancer that creates metastases in the axillary lymph nodes ( the armpit ) and in the surrounding and distant organs. Less common than ductal carcinomas, lobular carcinomas also become less often invasive . They sometimes have no symptoms and can affect both breasts.

Mammography :
Radiographic examination of the mammary gland , called mammography is to detect breast cancer or to clarify the diagnosis of an abnormality detected by clinical breast examination . However, about 20% of cancers escape detection by this technique. Mammography should be performed every two years from age 50 , or age 40 for women who have a higher breast cancer ( family history) risk.

The breast self-examination
The breast self-examination is a screening test that is to observe and palpate her own breasts in order to detect an abnormality that may indicate cancer . Any changes must be reported immediately to a doctor. There may be a palpable mass, thickening of the skin , change in shape, size or color of the breast or nipple , a spontaneous bloody discharge , a bump at armpits, and nipple retraction or permanent redness . At age 25 , it is advisable to perform a breast self-examination once a month , 5-7 days after the onset of menstruation , in addition to regular examinations by a doctor.
